BIOGRAPHY

Andrew has one of the busiest and most successful practices at the Bar in Canberra. He acts for all major insurers in the ACT as well as for plaintiffs. His practice covers the full spectrum of insurance litigation and workers compensation. He also acts in a wide range of commercial matters, including disputes relating to partnerships, corporations and dealerships, and in property matters including estates disputes.

Alongside his litigation practice, Andrew has a strong practice in advice work and has advised government bodies on policy and law reform around insurance and compensation schemes.

Before being called to the Bar, Andrew had more than 20 years’ experience as a solicitor, including 4 years as Managing Partner of Moray & Agnew and 10 years as Managing Partner of Hunt & Hunt.
